OLIVER HULL
Oliver Hull is based in Naarm/Melbourne on unceded Wurundjeri land and was raised in Wooditchup/Margaret River on unceded Noongar land. He works across digital media, sculpture, and installation, focusing on the poetic and political properties of images and computation and their complex relationship to time, nature, and landscape.
He has exhibited in online, offsite, artist-run, and institutional settings across the United Kingdom, Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands, Canada, Ireland, and Australia. Recent notable exhibitions include “Confusion Matrix” at Goolugatup Heathcote (2024); “Random Cube” at Disneyland Paris (2023); “As Above So Below,” at QUT Art Museum (2024); the Worldwide Wind Chime Festival, curated by Ellie Hunter and Laurel Schwulst, Online, Princeton University (2022); “Moveable Types,” curated by Frances Horn at Kunstinstituut Melly, Rotterdam (2020).
